On Bodies, Butts and Conceiving, An analogy for Latent Sense Ability.
For those still struggling with the concept of having a latent sense ability, consider the following analogy meant to convey the availability of an intuitive sense:
Consider the experience of orgasm. I suggest that until one‘s first such experience, one could not have imagined such a state of being. Describing that state effectively to someone who hasn’t experienced it is challenging, to say the least. The point is that personal exploration of the intuitive suggests there is available a field of knowing and a state of being–not particularly like orgasm–to which we have the capacity to connect, or which may have the capacity to connect with us. As with the orgasm metaphor, others may not as yet understand.
